We’re looking for a results-oriented Product Marketing Executive to lead and grow our affiliate program across our product offerings. You’ll be responsible for building and optimizing our affiliate marketing engine—crafting compelling product narratives, onboarding high-converting partners, and delivering campaigns that drive measurable growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Affiliate Program Ownership: Strategize, manage, and scale our affiliate programs, products and services across commercial verticals.
Product Positioning & Messaging: Translate product features into clear, compelling benefits tailored for affiliate audiences. - Affiliate Recruitment & Enablement: Identify, recruit, and activate affiliate partners including bloggers, influencers, and digital marketers. Provide resources and content that drive engagement and performance.
- GTM strategy and Campaign Development: You’ll own the go-to-market strategy for our affiliate offerings, work closely with cross-functional teams, and play a vital role in scaling a high-performing network of affiliate partners. Launch marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions that support affiliates and align with product goals.
- Product Performance Optimization: Track affiliate metrics (sign-ups, conversions, CAC, LTV) and run tests to improve performance and ROI.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, Content, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on launches, features, and partner needs.
- Market & Competitive Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive affiliate programs, and emerging growth channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, affiliate marketing, or partner/channel management
- Direct experience executing, managing or scaling e-commerce, SaaS and affiliate programs will be an added advantage.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills—comfortable with KPIs, dashboards, and ROI modeling
- Excellent communication skills and a strong grasp of persuasive marketing
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with both B2B (SaaS) and B2C (eCommerce) product lines
- Background in performance marketing, growth hacking, or influencer marketing
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms like Impact, PartnerStack, Refersion, ShareASale, or similar.
