This role is a part of our advertiser team, responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of advertisers in a fast-paced, one-touchpoint model. Given the rotational nature of account assignments, this role requires agility, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver quick and effective support.
The primary objective is to assist clients in achieving their short-term goals, optimize their affiliate programs, and ensure smooth daily operations. This role focuses on providing standardized solutions while identifying high-potential accounts for further strategic investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Support & Troubleshooting: Act as a first line of support, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and troubleshooting challenges related to their affiliate programs.
- Optimization & Best Practices: Analyze client performance, provide data driven insights and recommendations, including implement standard optimization strategies to enhance program effectiveness.
- Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of our standard product offerings and proactively upsell opportunities, recommending suitable products that align with client goals
- Operational Monitoring: Conduct daily checks to ensure seamless execution of affiliate programs, flagging any operational risks or inefficiencies
- Strategic Account Identification: Maintain a structured approach to identify high-opportunity accounts
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in client success, account management, or digital marketing, preferably in an affiliate marketing environment.
- Client centric mindset with a passion for delivering value. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English, Chinese is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple clients efficiently, prioritizing tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose issues and recommend solutions quickly.
- Passion for teamwork and learning with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
